This work presents a systematic approach to evaluate and study the effect of fibre aspect ratio volume fraction on tensile strength, ultimate elongation, modulus elasticity, strength impact energy oil palm empty fruit bunch reinforced polyester composites. Hand-lay-up technique was used in fabrication composite materials. Response surface methodology selected factors mechanical properties polymer-based composite. The optimum for each property determined.
